One of the country's biggest model air shows will be taking place on Saturday 7 July and Sunday 8 July in North Somerset.
The Woodspring Wings show is now in its 20th year, attracting thousands of model enthusiasts and visitors from all over the country annually. The show, being held at the Woodspring Wings Model Airfield in Yatton, features displays from some of the best pilots and models in the UK.
Woodspring Wings chairman Warren Smyth said: "The 20th annual Woodspring Wings Show is set to be even bigger and better than previous years, with exciting displays and fun for the whole family.
"The show has grown in popularity over the years not only in the model aircraft community but also in the local area. Even if you don't know much about model aircrafts it's a fun day with displays, stalls, food and drinks and if the weather's good, it's going to be fantastic!"
The Woodspring Wings show is one of the top events in the UK modellers' calendar with flying expertise displayed by club members and top UK pilots. Members of the Large Model Association will be flying as well as a display from 'Heli Harry' a 10-year-old ace helicopter flyer.
Some of the biggest and best models the UK has to offer will be there, with everything from First World War biplanes to modern jets. Also featured at the show are an exciting high-altitude rocket launch and the children's favourite 'Toffee Bomber'.
As added entertainment for visitors there will be a large-track model railway.
Ticket prices start from £4.00 for children, £6.00 for OAPs and £8.00 for adults with a family ticket for £20.00. Discounts are available for pre-booked tickets. Families can camp at the site for as little as £15.00.
Woodspring Wings 2012 is presented by Woodspring Wings MAC and Weston Model Flying Club.
