Appeal to Trace Owner of Stolen Property Found in Weston-super-Mare

Police are appealing for information to locate the owners of property found in Weston-super-Mare.

On Monday February 6 a member of the public found a bundle of jewellery beneath a hedge in the lay-by at Bleadon.

It is believed that this may have been stolen in a burglary.

Items found in the bundle include chains, pearl necklaces, earrings and bracelets and it is thought they may have been there for a long time.

Amongst the items was a very small photograph of a man (pictured).

Police are hoping this may provide information to locate the rightful owners.

Anyone who may know who the man in the picture is, is asked to call Weston-super-Mare police on 101.
