Driver cut free after crash

A DRIVER had to be cut free from their car after crashing into a tree in Weston-super-Mare.
Emergency crews from the resort were called to the junction of Locking Road and Chelswood Avenue at 2.36am yesterday morning.
Firefighters had to cut the man out of the vehicle and he was taken to hospital for treatment.

Just to let everyone know, the driver Is in hospital recovering, he suffered broken ribs and a fractured hip, various cuts and abrasions and is awaiting an operation the seriousness of which is unknown at the moment.
