The spa area with steam room, sauna and spa pool ranges between £6 and £7 depending on the time of your visit.

Sweat. FA gym in Weston has an extensive weights area. Other equipment includes Sportesse selectorised machines and Hammer strength plate loaded equipment with movement motion technology.

There is also a great cardio equipment selection of USA PRECOR equipment bikes, cross trainers, treadmills, steppers, spinning bikes and concept 2 rower machines.

Normal prices are £29.99 a month with a £30 joining fee or for couples £49.99 a month with £49.99 joining fee.

There is also an off peak rate of £19.99 a month with no joining fee or a family gym only rate of £89.99 per month with a £89.99 joining fee.

Trimwise gym also boasts a gym, toning tables, fitness classes, sun beds, and squash courts. You can also get 12 personal training sessions for £1.25 a session.

Also there is an incentive here to lose weight as the club will give you £1 for every lb of weight you lose!

Body Tone Gym offers a top level training facility for an affordable price. At the moment it is offering a three year deal where you will only have to pay £15.99 a month.

The gym boasts weights, running machines, exercise bikes and cross trainers and an and crunching machine.

Personal training is also available on request.

Weightwatchers

This weight loss programme uses the ProPoints plan giving you a ProPoints budget for the week.
