Killed Motorcyclist Named After Crash

A MOTORCYCLIST who died after a crash on Sunday has been named.
Police have named a motorcylists who died after a crash on Sunday in Lympsham.
John Ivison, 76, of Exeter, died following the accident in Lympsham at about 3.35pm at the junction of Brean Road and Rectory Way.
A Mercedes car pulled out of Brean Road and collided with a motorcycle which was travelling along Rectory Way.
The force has also confirmed that a 72-year-old man from North Somerset has been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and has now been released on police bail, pending further enquiries.
Avon and Somerset Constabulary has issued an appeal for witnesses and would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the collision.
