New affordable homes in Weston-super-Mare

Alliance Homes has completed the purchase of a range of affordable houses and flats on the Boulevard, Amberey Road and Weston Gateway, all in Weston-super-Mare.

The four, two-bedroom flats on the Boulevard were converted from empty office space and were originally destined for the private market. All four flats have high-specification kitchen and bathrooms. Two of the flats benefit from separate utility rooms with washing machines and dryer spaces. The homes were completed just in time for the new tenants to move in by Christmas.

Amberey Road is a recently completed two-bedroom bungalow that has been built to a very high sustainable level, with energy-efficient underfloor heating and ramp access to the front door.

The social enterprise has also purchased six new houses at Weston Gateway, which will be read for the tenants to move into in the New Year.
