Just watched BBC 1 Breakfast TV: Good Report from Aberystwith about their Escalating Parking Problems since doing away with their Traffic Wardens. After Twelve Months without the Wardens Parking Chaos, Wardens are now re-instated and Hey Presto Problem Solved! Why can't North Somerset do the same in Weston-super-Mare after many years of Absolute Chaos? Instead they insist on introducing Parking Meters in some 27 Town Centre Rural Roads, which any sensible persons knows will only shift the Chaos further afield within the Town Centre. Too Simple a Solution no Doubt.
