In 2012, Polar explorer, meteorologist and physicist Felicity Aston traversed mountains and glaciers in a 60-day challenge to cross 1,084 miles to the South Pole.
The 34-year-old recalled her many global adventures at the campus and in the Winter Gardens and said: "It's brilliant to come and talk to students during Aspirations Week.
"Anyone who is determined enough can achieve their goals."
As well as Felicity's visit, Avon and Somerset Constabulary recruitment information was also available along with College course speakers and displays.
Student Progression and School Liaison Team Leader, Cat Knight, added: "Aspirations Week acknowledges and encourages students' aims, ambitions and future hopes."
