Police Re-Appeal For Witnesses to Assaults

POLICE in Weston-super-Mare are re-appealing for help from members of the public following three assaults in the town back in March.

The first assault took place at around 1am on Friday March 16 when a woman was at the Barclays cash point on Regent Street.
Another woman started to talk to her and then grabbed her around the face and pushed her against the wall. She was not injured.
Shortly after another person was in Deniz late night food outlet.
The same woman began shouting at the victim (another woman) before entering the store and assaulting her. She struck the woman several times in the face causing a suspected fractured jaw.
Police would like to speak to a woman who is pictured in this CCTV image.
She is white, in her 30's, at 5'ft 6 – 5ft 7 inches tall and of slim build. She had long brown hair.
At around the same time a man was assaulted in the same area by another man.
Officers would also like to speak with him. He is white, in his late 20's to mid 30's about 5ft 7-5ft 9 inches tall and of a slim to average build. He had short dark hair.
