Police seek man wanted on recall to prison

POLICE are appealing for the public's help in locating a man who is in  breach of his licence on release from prison.

James Lawson, 52, was originally jailed in 1987 for armed robbery offences and is now wanted on recall for failing to reside at a provided address.

Officers from the Islington Fugitive Unit are asking for help in tracing Lawson, who has strong family connections in the London suburb but is also known to frequent Weston-super-Mare.

He is described as white and about 5ft 10 ins tall.

He is not known to be violent but anyone who sees Lawson is advised not to approach him and to call 999.
