The Business Enterprise Centre has more than 30 Apprenticeship vacancies across the South West covering Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Bristol and Gloucestershire.
Weston College Recruitment Coordinator, James Wilmot, said: "This is the largest number of vacancies that we have received at this time of year and we are delighted by the number of enquiries we are getting from across the region and we hope this continues."
Weston College supports over 1,500 Apprentices across the South West and has seen a rise in the number of A-Level students who have chosen Apprenticeships to earn and learn rather than go on to university.
The majority of Apprentices don't need to attend the College for training as expert assessors provide on-site, high quality training.
James added: "Employers are providing a fantastic opportunity for their Apprentices. In return for their hard work, apprentices obtain qualifications, real work experience in their chosen career and they get paid while they are training rather than building up a mountain of debt."
A new Apprenticeship Grant for Employers (AGE) scheme offers up to 40,000, single payment grants of £1,500 to encourage and support employers taking on an Apprentice aged 16 to 24.
Employers will be able to claim grants for up to 10 apprentices and the grant will be made available to businesses with up to 1,000 employees.
