North Somerset Council is digging up the roads of Weston during March.
Resurfacing work will take place on George Street between its junctions with Locking Road and Baker Street.
This will follow work to repair a collapsed gully, replacing kerbs and repairs to the pavement.
Work will start on Monday, March 4, and is due to finish by Friday, March 15.
During the resurfacing works a road closure will be in place with a diversion via Locking Road, Swiss Road, Baker Street.
Access to properties will be available during the works but people are asked to help by moving cars before work starts.
The council will try to make sure all business premises can be reached during the work, but access may be restricted at certain times due to the nature of the work.
The work will cost £35,000 and is being carried out by Balfour Beatty.
The second scheme will see a stretch of Clarendon Road, between its junctions with Ashcombe Road and Stafford Road, being resurfaced.
Work is due to start on Monday, March 11, and to be finished by Friday 15 March, although it is hoped to complete the work before this.
During the resurfacing works a road closure will be in place with a diversion via Ashcombe Road, Milton Road, Stafford Road and vice versa.
Once again access to properties will be available during the works but people are asked to help by moving their vehicles so that work can be completed on time.
This work will cost £20,000 and is being carried out by surfacing contractor LGP on behalf of Balfour Beatty.
