Nice funky modern cafe located right in the centre of Weston by the Silica "carrot" sculpture. It offers juices, smoothies and great coffee, as well as snacks and salads. It also has Internet access too for customers, which is good. Good little place to stop for a break when you are shopping in the centre. Also there are a few tables outside so you can sit in the fresh air on a warm day.
