I would say it is too early to say whether the rejuvination of Weston has been a success, simply because there is still so much being done and a lots more exciting projects to get going, hopefully without the tedious planning delays they have suffered for many even up to the present day. At the moment it is looking a little bit like a builders yard in places.
BUT Is it creating a more positive attitude? Absolutely.
Is it already looking much better? Oh yes.
Can the 'powers that be' rest on their laurels and claim 'SUCCESS' - NO because Weston residents deserve Weston to be as good as it can be and the Investors that are taking the risks deserve continued support so the whole process CAN be considered a real success story. For now there is still a long way to go.
