Sweat.FA Open weekend Itinerary
Saturday 7th Jan
9.00-12.00pm Free Gym trial
The gym will be open for non members to try out our fantastic range of equipment including our exclusive Hammerstrength Plated machines and our Cardio Room. During this time our instructors will be on the gym floor to demonstrate the machines for you.
9.30-10.30am Total Muscle Conditioning - a resistance workout using barbells and dumbbells. You need to strengthen to maximise fat burning
10.00-10.30am Spin - Group Cycling workout. Even if your goal is to grow bigger muscles. High intensity cardio stimulates the growth hormone, so enhance fat burning but don't lose the muscle!!
10.45-11.15am MetaFit - The latest in fat burning for 24 hours after only a 30 minute class. Check it out on YouTube

12.30-1.00pm. Flexibility and Core. To keep you fit to train,avoid joint and range of movement issues and strengthen your core muscles to progress your training. Guys this is for you too!!

12.30 onwards Boxing/Kickboxing - Sparring and demo's

11.00-11.30pm Kickboxing kids (age 4 +)
11.30-12.15 Kickboxing adults (age13 +)
12.30 onwards Kickboxing/Boxing - Sparring and demo's
10.00 - 01.00 Massage - Free 10 min taster sessions
