The near finished prom and pier square along Weston super mare sea front are truely something to be proud about on our town! They give an air of quality and sophistication that we have needed to bring us into the 21st Century. I particularly mention the quality and finish of the stone work on the beach lawn walls - well done the guys who have completed this work!! Su Weeks 17/2/2011

So sorry...but this project is no where near finished and will not be compleated until the people of Weston-super-Mare see the Tropicana rebuilt to give the sea front what has been missing since 1999 thanks to incompetant Council Officials who have placed every possible obstacle in the path to prevent it. They can try as much as they like to pass the buck to some higher other authority but they were elected by us and they should be putting the public of Weston-super-Mare first not some unelected body in Europe.
