There are two unique ways to celebrate the life of a loved one this festive season. Take part in our fantastic event on December 16th at Weston Hospicecare from 5:00pm to 6:30pm and remember someone special.
Keep memories bright with Weston Hospicecare by adding a personal message to a Lantern of Life or by making a dedication in our Book of Remembrance - it’s entirely up to you. You could even do both!
