NATIONAL WATER SKI RACES AT WESTON-SUPER-MARE

Weston Bay Watersports Club is hosting the final round of an eight race series on Saturday of the 2012 Weston National Water Ski Race.
More than 30 ski race boats will be taking part reaching speeds in excess of 95 miles per hour if water conditions are flat.
The action starts at 10am with the children's race followed by the main race at 10.45am and the support race at noon.
Competitors from all over the UK will be competing along with several European teams.
Weston Bay Watersports Club is running the event in conjunction with North Somerset Council, the Pavilion Bar and the British Water Ski.
Please note the Knightstone Slipway will be closed to the public from 6am to 3pm on Saturday and Sunday, September 22-23.
