Playhouse Theatre Weston: Youngsters To Showcase Talents in Weston Gang Show

TALENTED Scouts and Girl Guides from North Somerset are busy rehearsing in preparation for another spectacular show this month.

Join Girlguiding Weston-super-Mare and Axe District Scouts as they take to the Playhouse Theatre stage for the 2013 Weston Gang Show.

The group members will combine forces to produce the colourful production offering audiences a family variety performance bursting with entertainment.

Featuring more than 80 youngsters and their leaders, producers are promising the show will raise the roof with its well-known songs, comedy pieces and dazzling costumes.

The Gang's enthusiasm is infectious and audiences will feel proud to have supported this dedicated group of local young people.

Having received official 'Gang Show' status following the success of their last show, the Weston Gang are looking forward to entertaining audiences with their new routine.

Weston Gang Show is all about giving members of Axe District Scout Association or Girlguiding Weston-super-Mare the opportunity to try something new.

All Gang members will be given the chance to audition for the speaking and dancing parts or perform chorus parts where no audition is required.

Weston Gang has no entry criteria in terms of ability or stage experience and is open to Scout and Girlguiding members aged over nine-years.

Members are only asked that they attend rehearsals regularly and they are prepared to give new things a try.
