PUXTON Park near Weston-super-Mare is launching a series of fitness classes to help youngsters across the South West get fit in the New Year.
The adventure park in Hewish will be launching Baby Disco classes on Wednesday's from January 16, a weekly class from 1-1.45pm for children aged two to four-years and their parent or carer.
In addition Puxton is launching Zumbatomic, a children's only 45-minute class for youngsters aged four-12-years, running every Thursday from January 17, from 4pm until 4.45pm.
The park says the classes support the Governments attempt to tackle obesity in children by offering them a fun form of exercise.
Susie Johnson, Head of Park, said: "We ran a taster session in the winter months and the response was so fantastic we have decided to make the classes a regular fixture.
"We hope by offering these fun classes we can help children to adopt a healthier lifestyle in 2013."
Baby disco classes are priced £3 and Zumbatomic is £2.50 a session, both payable at the main reception and advanced booking is recommended as places are limited.
