Fundraising Night For Weston-super-Mare Cancer Sufferer

A FUNDRAISING night is being held on Friday to help a Weston-super-Mare woman fighting incurable cancer.

Mandy Jones, a local mother is battling the disease and to raise money for her and her family an event is being held at the Old Manor Pub in Worle.

Any funds raised will either help with treatment or pay for a holiday for Mandy and the family.

The event will include an auction of promises and a raffle with lots of local people and businesses giving prizes and promises to help.

Westonsupermarepeople has teamed up with the event and has made a £50 pledge to pay for a auction item.

Other activities on the night include a sponsored head shaving, leg waxing,  tarot/palm readers, firemen and their fire engine.
