Weston Beach Race Adult Quads, Sidecars, and 85cc Results

RIDERS from all over the country descended onto Weston-super-Mare beach yesterday to compete in the annual Weston Beach Race.

The youth races were held yesterday morning and the adults took to the famous sand dunes in the afternoon to compete in the quad and sidecar races.

Reigning winner of the Quad Solos, Jason Macbeth, did not do so well this year and came 144th out of 149 riders. Multiple British Champion Paul Winrow secured 8th place in the race, while Stefan Murphy came in second losing out to Jason Wildman.

Wildman also secured first place in the Adult Quads & Sidecars race and Murphy again took second place and Winrow 9th.
