Mandy Jones - Fundraising event on Weston Pier

The Event of 2010

 

On Friday 12th November we will be holding an evening of entertainment on Weston's New Grand Pier featuring live music from Alex Lipinski & Band. The event is to raise funds and awareness for the Mandy Jones Doing What We Can cause. As many of you will be aware Mandy Jones is a local woman known to many of us. She is currently battling against stage 4 melanoma and we are doing what we can to raise money for treatment which may provide her with more time and quality of life with her two young sons and husband Brian. Mandy is a fighter with true spirit and strength of character and many of us wanted to do more to help. Given the success of our previous event at the Old Manor Inn, Worle back in September we were amazed at how many people turned out in support of Mandy and were keen to do more which is how this next event was born. Whether you are aware of the Mandy Jones Doing What We Can cause or not, this event promises to be an incredible evening with amazing live music and a stunning location!

With the amazing generosity of the Pier and Alex Lipinski & Band we have been able to organise this event.

Tickets are available at a cost of £25.00 with ALL proceeds going to the Mandy Jones Doing what we can cause. We have business sponsorship opportunities should you wish to purchase tables or you can buy just 1 or 2 tickets.

The event will include not only the opportunity to be one of the first to see the amazing New Pier but you will be invited to a Fish and Chip Supper, Live Music from one of Weston's best bands, Casino, Auction and lots more. The event begins at 7.30 and finishes when you want it to (within reason). The dress code is Evening Wear.

 

Parking and transport onto the Pier will be provided too!!
