The Coffee House now open on the High Street

A new coffee place called The Coffee House opened on the High Street on Monday and it's really worth checking out.

It's next to Millets, down near Argos, where the stationary place used to be.

The atmosphere is really nice in there and the coffee's pretty good too.

I must confess an interest as it is being run by two of my friends, and it's their first venture like this, so I really hope it does well.

It's been their dream for a while and they've worked so hard to get it open. I reckon it should do well.

As well as fine coffee they do a great range of teas and really nice cakes and snacky things to go with coffee.

It feels really comfortable and tranquil in there, even though it seems to be quite busy already.
