Noise

Why is everything so noisy??? I know i live near the sea front, but also too near Weston College. the noise from the students studying art and dance is unbearable and people in my road cant enjoy their gardens because of the shouting, screaming and foul language, Also nobody adheres to the parking laws in my road and i know its college students cause the problems don't arise during holidays As a resident of South Terrace i cannot park outside my own home as students and teachers park outside my house all day instead of the 2 hours permitted How can the college disregard the wishes of the people who live hear??? Despite frequent complaints no sound proofing of the outbuildings has been provided as promised, and the beautiful Art College is left to rack and ruin Why??????????

You said the magic word there: "students". that's why everything is so noisy. They don't have to get up early, drink til late into the night and have very few responsibilities. Most of them don't care for their surroundings and they spend a lot of time and money socialising. It'd be nice if they had a care in the world for those around them, but the simple fact of the matter is that they don't. don't hold your breath for it to change either.
