Nutty Noah from Weston-super-Mare Dropped from Britain's Got Talent

A CHILDREN’S entertainer from Weston-super-Mare was told he could not audition before the judges of Britain’s Got Talent in case one of them got hurt.
Noah Kelly, aka Nutty Noah, 40, of Devonshire Road, was recalled for the next round of ITV hit show Britain’s Got Talent after a successful pre-audition last year.
His act involves juggling three balls each measuring three and a half feet.
Noah was due to go before the celebrity judges Amanda Holden, comedian Michael McIntyre, and actor and television personality, David Hasselhoff yesterday (tues).
However, he says he got a phone call on Monday saying the producers felt he could no longer take part in case someone got hurt when he threw the inflatable balls.
Noah said: “My act is juggling three balls each measuring three and a half feet, which I think is really spectacular.
“However, a researcher called me on Monday morning and said the producers were worried people in the audience or the judges might get hit by the balls.
“She said they were also worried that the audience might not like it so they were cancelling my audition.
“The best part of the act is involving the audience by throwing the balls back and forth and usually people love it.
“In the end I said I would do it without chucking the balls out into the audience and focus on the juggling but they still came back to me and said they were not happy.
“I think they thought I would still throw the balls out anyway.
“They said I had auditioned before so not to bother coming.
“I am gutted that I didn’t get to do it.
“To tell me the day before the audition sucks, I am really cross as I took time off work and I also feel embarrassed.”
Noah says his supporters are equally disappointed and as a result a Facebook campaign has been launched to try and get him back on the show.
The”Get Nutty Noah on Britain’s Got Talent” group states “after the way Noah was treated by Britain’s Got Talent, we The People’s Republic for Nutty Noah, demand that Noah Kelly be allowed to perform for the people of Britain.
“Noah's talent needs to be unleashed on the UK. We all know how good he is, let’s help him get there.”
Noah added: “On the up side some friends have started up a Facebook group to get me on Britain’s Got Talent.
“But even if they did change their mind, I’m not sure I would want to go on now after the way I was treated.”
Noah auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 with a hornaphone, a seven ft long instrument consisting of 25 horns but he did not impress the judges.
Noah started his career as a close up magician and once encased himself inside 16 blocks of mature Cheddar weighing 20kg each in a parody of a stunt by illusionist David Blaine.
But his wife Antonia, 39, suggested he become a children's entertainer after seeing him with their four children and his new act was born.
He has been entertaining crowds ever since with magic, singing, balloon modelling and juggling.

ReportI can't believe I am reading this, what a complete load of nonsense. Nutty Noah is AMAZING so much fun, creative and 'user friendly'. There have been completely ludicrous/dangerous acts on before now, what is wrong with a bit of audience participation, fantastic idea. Someone needs to get him back on the show ...
