Weston's Carnival 2009

I believe the Carnival could be so much better marketed and draw tourists in from all over. The Clubs do so well, raising money, putting obviously long hours into the floats. I heard its the largest Carnival in Europe and yet it doesn't seem to attract the numbers and donations that it merits. Shouldn't it be advertised nationwide with hotel and restaurant packages. Also perhaps a Christmas market could be put on before the event or on an adjacent day to really make it an attraction for Weston.
