Fantastic again and again!
live nearby and come here regularly.....food is in my opinion amazing, and it is great value for the price. It's super hard to find nice italian food in Weston...and this is the one that I can only recommend. All waiters are genuine professionals who take their job seriously... . Overall, amazing service, good food, cozy atmosphere... .

Disapointing
My husband and I visited WSM Botellinos for the first time last weekend having read previous positive reviews. The restaurant building itself is plesant looking upon arrival but as its open-plan with a balcony it is very noisy. I must say that the staff were good - above average for this type of eatery. However what a disapointment the food was - very mediocre. I had meatballs which were very factory-processed, in the style that you would get out of a tin. My husband's pasta sauce was also a very pre-made, processed-style. And worst of all, we were offered parmesan, which we both love, but it was dried not fresh! YUK! The plates were cold also. It's a shame that the quality of their food lets them down. We won't be visiting again.

Fantastic Atmosphere
My self and my partner have been eating at Bottelinos for over a year now, usualy at the Nailsea Restaurant, very happy one has opened in Weston! the service just keeps getting better and better. Great hosts, great food and a great atmosphere. The more you dine in Bottelinos the more you will enjoy yourself. Quality of the food is 1st class, the speed of service is just right Long may it continue
