Don't bother..
this shop has gone down hill, there's no customer service, the shop is always a mess with stock and boxes every where,can be very dangerous to walk around , the stuff is years old and covered in dust, they certainly don't like doing returns. i wouldn't go there again if i hadn't had to get uniform.

My experience with Browns of Weston was excellent
I had been searching for a goose feather duvet for a few weeks and did my research on the various websites Ebay, Argos etc. By accident I clicked on the listing for Brown's of Weston and was surprised by the high quality and the price range of products,some of which I had seen on other websites for two times the amount !!There is also a form available if you find the same item for less on another website. Being a bargain hunter, and recognising a good deal when I see one, I rung their number just to make sure it was a genuine offer and was told that it was. Ordered over the internet on Friday and received it today. I ordered the 13.5 tog King-size Fogarty Siberian Goose feather and down duvet and am pleased with the delivery and excited about the product. Can't wait till bedtime to test it out.:-)

Browns of Weston were very RUDE and DONT like to Refund order not processed after waiting 7 days
Ordered over the internet and browns of weston did not return my emails requesting information about the delivery date. I really needed the item for my sick father inlaw so after 7 days I called to ask when my items would be delivered and the owner told me the order had not been processed yet, so I cancelled as I was in a hurry for the items and she was very rude and hung up before I could ask when I was likely to receive a refund. I called back and was told they could not advise me of time scales on the refund and then they hung up.
Maybe they are ok in person but beware I would never use them over the internet. -

Your one stop material-related shop
Browns tends to be the best place in the area whenever you need something made of material... except clothes. Although they do sell underwear... So basically anything big made of material! They have a great range of bedspreads, sheets, curtains, etc in loads of different colours, but mostly its their expert knowledge and ability to make anything to order that makes them really stand out. A great family run traditional business that we are sadly lacking in nowadays.

Good shop
This shop has been going for 100-years in Weston so is well established. If offers a good selection of household items including bedding and curtains. It is also one a only a few places in Weston where you can buy net curtains. It also sells school uniforms, so pretty much an all rounder shop.

This shop has been operating for 100-years so it must be doing something right. I used to get my school uniforms from there when I was a child and now all grown up I still use it. It has a great selection of curtains, net curtain and bedding. I will be moving house in a week and no doubt I'll be popping in here to stock up. The owner is a really nice lady too.
