PERFECTA WINDOWS 10 YEAR GUARANTEE ?
I have a problem with my patio door fitted by perfecta windows.In October 2012,I called in the perfecta office and was told someone would come out and have a look at it. In January I called in the office again,within 4 days a fitter came and said the door track had split and he would order one. 23rd March and still waiting......
